If you refuse a chemical test you will face the following driver's license suspension First offense 365 days. Second and subsequent offenses 730 days. After you serve your suspension you will be required to carry a SR-22 for 3 years. DWI Penalties If the NHTSA fatality statistics aren't enough to grab your attention, remember that any drunk driver who causes an accident which kills another person faces up to 30 years in prison. Not only is it a serious and potentially fatal crime, but DWI is also a costly crime. In addition to court costs and attorney fees, you'll be losing money due to possible imprisonment. You'll also risk losing your driving privileges, making it hard to get to work. This suspension of your license is a civil action taken by The Department of Public Safety and Corrections. It is known as an Administrative penalty and is in addition to any criminal penalties you make have to deal with for drinking and driving. Possible loss of vehicle. 4 weeks in an inpatient substance abuse program, plus 4 weeks in an outpatient substance abuse program Your judge may even require you to enroll in a driver improvement program or work on community service projects. You must pay for all costs associated with these requirements. Additional offenses will carry even stiffer penalties with possible even longer jail time, permanent revocation of your drivers license and enormous fines. Ignition Interlock Device Many convictions for a DWI and/or refusing a chemical test can result in being required to have an Ignition Interlock Device IID installed on your vehicle. This can be a condition of your license being reinstated as well as a requirement for a Hardship license. An IID is a monitoring unit that will require you to measure your BAC, by blowing in a small tube, before you can start your vehicle. Any measurable alcohol will prevent your vehicle from starting as the device is connected to the ignition. If you are required to have an IID installed you may only use approved vendors and you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and monitoring fees. To successfully obtain a Louisiana identification card, it is essential to learn how much it costs, what documents are required of you from the state, as well as the program surrounding the REAL ID. PONTIANAK - Bidang Kedokteran dan Kesehatan Biddokes Polda Kalbar bekerjasama dengan Lembaga Dakwah Islam Indonesia LDII menggelar edukasi Bantuan Hidup Dasar terhadap ratusan remaja LDII di Aula Pondok Pesantren Al Muqorrobun, Kota Pontianak, Minggu 11 Juni 2023. Kegiatan yang dalam rangka HUT ke 77 Bhayangkara ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi tata cara pemberian bantuan hidup dasar melalui tindakan Resusitasi Jantung Paru RJP. Di mana, pemberian RJP sangat dibutuhkan seorang penderita henti jantung. Tindakan ini dapat memberikan aliran darah dan suplai oksigen menuju otak dan otot jantung. Maka tindakan ini dapat dilakukan siapapun ketika ketemu seseorang yang mendadak pingsan atau tak sadarkan diri," ujar IPDA, Perwakilan Biddokes Polda Kalbar, Dr Ni Putu Selly. RJP bukanlah tindakan berbahaya, namun justru akan sangat berbahaya jika orang di sekitar penderitaa tidak melakakukan tindakan pertolongan. "RJP mesti diketahui secara luas agar kita bisa membantu sesama tanpa keahlian khusus. "Hari ini bagian dari upaya target secara nasional yang telah ditetapkan yakni 77 ribu tangan anak bangsa untuk dilatih agar memiliki wawasan dalam pemberitan bantuan melalui RJP, " lanjut dia. Dirinya juga berterima kasih kepada jajaran LDII yang telah bekerjasama untuk edukasinl tentang RJP bersama Biddokes. "Mewakili keluarga besar Biddokes Polda Kalbar, kami sangat berterima kasih dan semoga kegiatan ini bermanfaat untuk menebar kebaikan," tegasnya. Sedangkan, Ketua DPW LDII Kalbar, Susanto mengaku senang dengan kolaborasi bersama Biddokes. "Untuk kesekian kalinya LDII bisa berkolaborasi dengan Biddokes Polda Kalbar. Atas nama organisasi kami sampaikan terima kasih dan apresiasi yang setinggi-tingginya," ujarnya. Memang diakui, dengan edukasi yang diberikan akan sangat membantu tatkala ingin memberikan pertolongan bagi seseorang yang mendadak tak sadarkan diri. "Kasus kematian akibat henti jantung bisa menimpa siapa saja, maka kegiatan hari ini sangat luar biasa menfaatnya. Artinya ketika menemui kasus seperti tidak perlu panik namun bisa memberikan pertolongan," tegas Susanto. JAKARTA - Menteri Perdagangan Mendag Zulkifli Hasan bersilaturrahim ke kantor DPP LDII, Jakarta, pada Sabtu 10/6. Kunjungannya itu untuk menampung aspirasi terkait ekonomi keumatan sekaligus mengajak LDII mewujudkan Pemilu yang damai. Dalam pertemuan itu, Zulkifli Hasan yang akrab disapa Zulhas dan Ketua Umum DPP LDII KH Chriswanto Santoso sepakat untuk menggaungkan Pemilu damai. Ajakan tersebut dilatarbelakangi masyarakat Indonesia, yang terpolarisasi sejak Pemilu 2014, "Bangsa Indonesia terpecah akibat politik identitas," ungkapnya. Menurut Zulhas polarisasi dan perpecahan itu tidak baik untuk masa depan Indonesia. Untuk itu, ia mendorong LDII menjadi pelopor persatuan antaranak bangsa. “Ini adalah tahun politik, LDII harus menjadi pelopor, walaupun sudah menjadi pelopor untuk memperkuat persatuan kita. Pemilu hanyalah kontestasi biasa, setiap lima tahun ada Pemilu. Untuk itu saya mengapresiasi karena LDII selalu menjadi pelopor untuk memperkuat wawasan kebangsaan dan memperkuat persatuan karena kita keluarga besar,” ujarnya. Di samping itu, Mantan Ketua MPR RI itu juga mengajak LDII memperkuat ekonomi rakyat kecil. Kementeriannya mempunyai program “Warung Rakyat” yang bisa diimplementasikan kepada warga LDII di seluruh Indonesia. Untuk itu, sambungnya, peran ormas Islam dalam menjaga persatuan sangat sentral dan penting sekali untuk mewujudkan kebersamaan, kesejukan dan perdamaian. “Pemilu itu untuk memilih pemimpin lima tahunan dan nanti akan ada lagi Pemilu, ada lagi. Dan di situ perannya ketua umum penting sekali,” ungkapnya. Sementara, Ketua Umum DPP LDII KH Chriswanto Santoso mengatakan, Pancasila menjadi landasan masyarakat Indonesia untuk menjaga persatuan. “Kita patut bersyukur dianugerahi Pancasila di Indonesia, karena kita mempunyai ribuan suku, ras, agama dan bahasa tapi dapat dipersatukan oleh satu bingkai persaudaraan dan persamaan di bawah Pancasila,” ujarnya. Dalam pertemuan itu, KH Chriswanto mengapresiasi Mendag Zulhas karena kepeduliannya terhadapa Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah UMKM. Jika masyarakat kecil ekonominya bagus Indonesia akan damai,” papar KH Chriswanto. Terkait “Warung Rakyat”, KH Chriswanto menilai, hal itu selaras dengan perhatian LDII terhadap UMKM. Ia menyebut, LDII mempunyai gerakan ekonomi berbasis masjid atau yang sering disebut Usaha Bersama UB. “UB yang ada di masjid-masjid LDII ini modalnya dari para jemaah masjid itu sendiri kemudian dikumpulkan menjadi gerakan ekonomi sehingga kebutuhan ekonomi kecil tercukupi,” tutupnya.
